Private Equity Advisory

We identify, initiate and develop transactions for institutional and private investors in private equity. We exclusively consult on the buy side and are often on the forefront of a deal. We are the catalyst between the equity investor and financing particularly in transactions with private investors and in MBI/MBO.


MBI & MBO Transactions

Our specialty is management buy in (MBI). We have a steady deal flow. We introduce the best suited MBI managers to the transactions, structure financing and select the adequate partners in private equity and acquisition finance. In deals suited for MBI, we augment the choice of potential buyers for the M&A consultant in charge of the sale substantially.

We advise MBO managers and teams throughout the acquisition process from the first idea to the closing of the deal. In addition to driving the deal on behalf of the management, we put importance on creating transparency of process and financials to the MBO management.


Institutional Investors

We continuously screen the market for mid sized and small transactions in the German speaking countries. We particularly target transactions beyond the auctions. Where suitable, we introduce top managers for MBI and Senior Advisors via KCM. Our network comprises professional M&A consultants, company brokers, management consultants as well as company owners and entrepreneurs.


Private Investors

We advise private investors in their choice of direct or fund-of-fund investment in private equity. We assist the investors in the acquisition process and manage the investment. Particularly in small cap deals, we create access to new potential buyers for the M&A firm mandated with the transaction.
