We augment the buy side by identifying and introducing suitable hand-picked MBI managers. Access to potential management is often the key to making a successful deal. HMT structures financing and acquires suitable private equity investors for the MBI managers as well as the complete acquisition finance. Our MBI potentials take the majority or can be linked up with suitable private equity investors.


We introduce private investors from our network to smaller deals (transaction volume EUR 5- to EUR 25m). Where appropriate, we form investor syndicates and function as the investment manager in the acquisition process and over the term of the investment.
